  1. MS-DOS Disk MAAK Presented by Colin Justason
  2. This is the Eleventh of the TPUG PC Disks, MAAK. M = MS-DOS AAK = DISK ID

  4. MAAK is a shareware/freeware disk and you should let your conscience guide you
  5. but I suggest that if you are going to use these programs that you should pay
  6. the programmer something for his effort, if you find the program useful.  Most
  7. of the programmers make contribution suggestions which do not seem out of
  8. line, in fact most are a steal for the quality of their work.
  9. I have separated the programs with dummy files starting with a - and an ext of
  10. ---.  These files are blank and can be deleted once you are familiar with the
  11. different files and what is required for each program.

  13. I have dedicated this Disk to two Draw programs which I think you will find
  14. worth the time it will take to read the Doc's. I included two since they both
  15. offer a few advantages over the other.

  17. The first is TheDraw which is designed to create,  store,  and retrieve
  18. screens of ASCII  text, ANSI  compatible  color  images,  ANSI  compatible
  19. ANIMATION sequences, BINARY files,  and Basic BSAVE  files.  In addition   it
  20. can produce  source code  compatible  files  for ASSEMBLER,  PASCAL,  and now
  21. C languages.

  23. The next program is DRAW!, claimed to be  an easy to use art program for the
  24. IBM PC/XT/AT and 100% compatible machines. This program even does circles and
  25. colours can be adjusted.

  27. Both of these programs seem to have extensive features and offer a extensive
  28. control over the pictures they create.
